At Celtics, customer satisfaction is important to us.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- The wrong product/service was delivered
- The product arrived damaged
- The order could not be fulfilled by us
Refund requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery/purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Minor color/design variations due to screen display differences
- Services already delivered or completed
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Processing time is generally 5–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
If physical products are involved:
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
